Stand Firm Wellness Center is working to establish a medically supervised detox facility right here in Southwest Missouri — a place where individuals struggling with substance use can receive safe medical care, compassionate support, and a pathway toward lasting recovery.

Today, our focus is raising the funds needed to move from vision to reality. Donations will help support critical early-stage development expenses, including: securing land for the facility, continued architectural and engineering planning, site development and construction costs, licensing, regulatory, and startup expenses, furnishings, equipment, and patient care resources, and community outreach and program development.
